Cheddar Discard Crackers

Hi Fam! Soph and I made some discard crackers yesterday. They taste similar to Cheez-it! These crackers were the first sourdough recipe we ever made, so they are super easy, fast, and a great use of some of your sourdough discard. We use Heart's Content Farmhouse's recipe to make them. Next time we make them I will be adding a little extra cheese! Enjoy!
